Pulse Check is a survey tool for principals to use to survey their staff and receive anonymous results. This platform is available to any school administrator with an active Principals’ Center seat.

The purpose of this tool is to gauge the current perceptions of school staff and create a plan of action for improvement. The survey consists of a total of 13 questions across 4 key areas:

• Instruction

• Academic Support

• Communication

• Culture

The school administration has complete control over when the survey is sent out (up to 4 times per year). School administrators can view the live results of the survey in their secure dashboard.
