Mission and Vision

School improvement is Northwest Georgia RESA's top priority. The Director School Improvement assists the local schools with increasing academic achievement by analyzing data, planning and conducting staff development training for teachers, and sharing information with personnel of current and future academic trends. I coordinate the efforts of the RESA consultants to meet the needs of the local schools that are addressed in their local School Improvement Plans. We, as a School Improvement Team, will develop courses, training guides and materials to enhance instruction. We are here to serve the schools in their endeavors to increase academic achievement for all students.
