Gifted Transition Points in the Assessment Plan |

Transition Points are designated as:
- Level 1 – Application to Gifted Endorsement Program
- Level 2 – Presentation
- Level 3 – Unit Plan
- Level 4 – Portfolio of Instructional and Assessment Activities
- Level 5 – Gifted Camp Practicum Assessment
- Level 6 – Exit Examination-Case Study
- Level 7 – Program Effectiveness Survey
Candidates must meet or exceed expectations on a three-point rubric for designated assignments.
The three levels on each rubric are:
- Does Not Meet Expectations
- Meets Expectations and
- Exceeds Expectations
Candidates must score at Meet Expectations at each transition point in order to advance to the next level.
