School improvement is Northwest Georgia RESA's top priority. As Director of Leadership and School Improvement, I assist the local schools with increasing academic achievement by analyzing data, planning and conducting staff development training for teachers, and sharing information with personnel of current and future academic trends. I coordinate the efforts of the RESA consultants to meet the needs of the local schools that are addressed in their local School Improvement Plans. We, as a School Improvement Team, will develop courses, training guides and materials to enhance instruction. We are here to serve the schools in their endeavors to increase academic achievement for all students.
